Our receptionists are friendly, professional. We can answer your client’s questions, sell them your services and book them straight into your diary; leaving you free to do what you do best.


How does it work?

  1. You divert your existing business landline and/or mobile numbers to your direct dial extension at the DSS office.
     - If you're just getting set up and you don't have a number yet we can organise it for you!
     - You can permanently divert your land line and just divert your mobile when you're busy if you want to - its all up to you! 

  2. We answer all incoming calls in YOUR business name, we sell your services to the client and answer any questions that they may have.

  3. We book the client straight into your diary, taking any details that you require and email the booking details to you straight away (plus sms also if you've opted for this)

  4. We can also process credit card payments over the phone if required (great for last minute bookings or gift vouchers)

  5. You can access your client's profiles, bookings and payments from your computer or any internet capable devide (iphone, ipad, smartphone, tablet, netbook etc) any time, any where!

  6. If you're a mobile business you can enter any bookings you make while out and about straight into the diary on your laptop or tablet OR you can quickly text message the booking to us and we'll enter it for you.

With us taking care of your enquiries and bookings there will be no more interruptions during your appointments and your spare time will be your own!

When you need a  holiday...

As driving instructor, when you want to take a holiday you can either let your mobile phone and email interrupt your peace and quiet OR face an empty diary when you return.

With DSS you can kick back, relax and take it easy. We will continue answering all your calls, advising each customer when you will be returning to work and booking you up so that when you come back from holiday you have a diary full of work instead of a voicemail full of messages. Whats more, you can opt to include HOLIDAYS in your weekly package with us; you can choose how many weeks of the year your payments are divided over. For example dividing your fees over 48 weeks of the year gives you 4 weeks ‘holiday’ from payments to us! Or you can choose to pay every week of the year for a lower weekly rate. Your package - tailored to suit you!


When you’re sick …

Getting sick is stressful enough for most people, but for driving instructors it means lost income and the hassle of phoning all your clients and rearranging your diary when you should be resting and recuperating.


With DSS when you are sick you only need to make one phone call to us and we will take care of the rest. We will phone everyone to postpone their lessons until you are better, and of course we will still be taking care of your phone calls and managing your diary so that when you are back to full health you will have a diary full of work!
