How does it work?
- You divert your existing business landline and/or mobile numbers to your direct dial extension at the DSS office.
- If you're just getting set up and you don't have a number yet we can organise it for you!
- You can permanently divert your land line and just divert your mobile when you're busy if you want to - its all up to you! - We answer all incoming calls in YOUR business name, we sell your services to the client and answer any questions that they may have.
- We book the client straight into your diary, taking any details that you require and email the booking details to you straight away (plus sms also if you've opted for this)
- We can also process credit card payments over the phone if required (great for last minute bookings or gift vouchers)
- You can access your client's profiles, bookings and payments from your computer or any internet capable devide (iphone, ipad, smartphone, tablet, netbook etc) any time, any where!
- If you're a mobile business you can enter any bookings you make while out and about straight into the diary on your laptop or tablet OR you can quickly text message the booking to us and we'll enter it for you.
